Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: The prices listed does NOT include the set up/delivery/break down fee. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Please see the "Delivery Fees" tab for more information. Set up inculeds tents and tables. For pick up please have tables and chairs folded and stacked to one side.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call a day or two before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q: We´ve rented some really dirty tents/tables/chairs from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The tents, tables & chairs should be clean when you get it.
Q: What about parks?
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks require a permit to host a party on site. Please be sure to aquire necessary permits prior to your event. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Also, it is your responsibility to determine if we can stake the tents or if you'll need to rent our concrete blocks to hold down the tents.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash, check from a local bank (unless you are military), Credit Cards and debt cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We prefer cash or check.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Please call our office if you need to cancel. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your reserved date.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes all orders require a $50 Credit or debt Card deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 30 days prior to your rental date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the rental date. Please call our office to cancel your reservation.
Q: How big are the tents?
A: We currently have tents that measure 20x20, 20x30, 20x40, 20x60.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass, dirt, asphalt, sand and concrete. If we are unable to stake the tents, you will need to rent our concrete blocks. Please call the office to determine how many blocks you will need.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. standing on tables and chairs) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit which can cost thousands of dollars and the loss of income during the time it takes to replace the item. Our items are ordered from the mainland and may take weeks to arrive. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules.
